Fax service for survey report - 2 included in price,  $10.00 for each additional Fax

e-mail copies of the report final report in PDF format- Included in price

Two Day Priority Mail service included in price

Pictures from survey on CD Rom included in price.

Travel within 25 miles of Stafford office included in price, outside of the area $25.00 and up depending on vessel location, travel arrangements and travel conditions.

• All Vessels up to 50' - $15.00 per Foot
• Vessels over 50' Call for pricing
• Re-Financing or Insurance Renewals $13.00 per foot (all vessel sizes)
• Sea Trials $85.00
• The minimum cost for a survey is $275.00

The invoice attached to the last page of the hard copy of the survey report (Customer copy) is due upon receiving the orginal report, payable by check. All payments are due within 30 days or a $50 late charge will be added or each month past due.
